David is a 67 year old married father of two. He is an experienced commercial surveyor and developer, who has been working in the property business since 1973. He first became involved in developing Doctors surgeries in 1995 when he joined HIH and since then has been responsible for over 45 medical developments. He formed Health Investment Holdings with founding directors and shareholders Richard Burgess and Graham Marsden.
